The original bottle stays recognisable as the base. We laser or cut it to size, then flame-finish and de-stress the rim for thermal stability.

Our new glass collection
Alongside our upcycled line at Rebottled, we are introducing a new glass collection. The 100% recycled collection.
Not every bottle survives in one piece, but that doesn't mean its story has to end. We rescue broken bottles that would otherwise go to waste, and transform the shards into new glassware. No new raw materials needed, saving significantly on CO2 and energy compared to producing virgin glass.
The result is our 100% recycled collection. Where most 'recycled' glassware contains only a small fraction of recycled content, ours is made entirely from post-consumer glass. From saving bottles one by one to closing the loop at scale.
