What delivery options are there?

Your package will be delivered to your home, at an alternative address or a DHL pick-up location within 1-5 working days. The standard shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 4.95 but are free for orders over € 30. The standard shipping costs for orders within Belgium and Germany are € 5.95 but are free for orders over € 50. you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package online

To which countries are Rebottled products shipped?

Rebottled is currently shipping to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland. Shipping prices get adjusted gradually when the order amount increases.

 What do I do if my package is damaged?

Were your glasses damaged during transport? Then please contact us within 3 days from delivery. Only within this period can we guarantee the refund of the full price amount. 

What should I do if I want to return my order?

You can, of course, return your items if you don't like them. However, the return costs are for the customer. If we receive the product within 14 days, we will check whether the glasses are intact and unused and refund the total price amount minus the shipping costs.

How can I withdraw my order?

You have the legal right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You can do this via the return button in your customer account, or via the withdrawal form available below on this page. 

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide instructions for returning your items and process your refund as soon as the products have been received and checked.
