Are Rebottled glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our drinking glasses are dishwasher safe. The glass of the candle can also go in the dishwasher once the candle is finished and the glass has been cleaned thoroughly.
What can my Rebottled drinking glasses be used for?
Rebottled drinking glasses can be used for all types of cold drinks. Our bottles, however, are not suitable for carbonated drinks.
Do all the glasses look exactly the same?
Generally yes, but every bottle is unique. Because our upcycled glasses are cut from discarded wine bottles, products may vary slightly in colour and shape.
Can I have a personalized glass made from my own wine bottle?
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible, because the production process in the Rebottled factory is set to specific standard dimensions.
How are Rebottled products packaged?
As a circular company, we focus not only on sustainable products but also on environmentally conscious packaging. That is why your order is delivered as much as possible in our self-designed packaging made from recyclable material.
Is Rebottled a certified B Corp?
Yes. Rebottled is a Certified B Corporation, which means we are independently verified on our social and environmental performance.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: €4.95, free for orders over €30.
Belgium and Germany: €5.95, free for orders over €50.
For other countries the shipping costs depend on your country and order value. You can see the exact costs in your cart and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Your package will be delivered within 1-5 working days to your home, an alternative address or a DHL pick-up location. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay and Bancontact.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Were your glasses damaged during transport? Please contact us within 4 days of delivery, so we can sort it out for you.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
You can, of course, return your items if you don't like them. However, the return costs are for the customer. If we receive the product within 14 days, we will check whether the glasses are intact and unused and refund the total price amount minus the shipping costs.
Can I sell Rebottled in my shop?
Great to hear! There are several ways to stock Rebottled:
- Order directly with a B2B account at wholesale prices. Our minimum order value is €150.
- Order through Faire, Orderchamp or Ankorstore.
- Do you have a Shopify store? Connect Rebottled via Shopify Collective.

Can I supply Rebottled with my empty bottles?
To guarantee the quality of our products, the Rebottled factory only works with large parties that use the same type of bottles. If this is the case for you, please contact us.
