The glass you just saw started life as bottle. That deep blue isn't added: it's the bottle's own colour, cut and polished into a tumbler, a carafe and a candleholder. Made in a limited run.
Before it was a glass, it was a bottle. Every now and then, we find a blue one.
We collect discarded bottles and give them a second life as glassware. No spray paint, no added dyes: this deep blue is part of the glass itself, so it will never fade or wear off. Blue bottles are rare, which makes every batch a small one. Once it's gone, the next one takes time.
So don't wait too long. Keep them for yourself, or give them to someone who deserves something special.
