WE BELIEVE IN
A REVOLUTION. DO YOU?

We’re revolutionizing
an industry

Our mission is to change the glass industry. The glass industry has a rich history and has been a vital part of our food industry for centuries. We believe that the current way we are utilizing bottles is in need for change. Every year 440 million wine bottles are discarded immediately after using them only once, while deposit-marked beer bottles can be reused up to 40 times. Our goal is to become the first major glass producer of circular glassware.

Waar komt jouw glas vandaan?

Where do our drinking
glasses come from?

In the global glass industry, very little is known about where your drinking glass is made and by whom. As a result companies can set low prices with huge costs on the environment. At Rebottled we are very transparent about where our glasses come from, who works with us and how our production process works. View our process here.

Glass is wasted

Did you know that recycling glass still costs 85% of the energy compared to new glass? This is mainly because the melting process is the least sustainable and glass ovens are running day and night. Recycling is therefore a step in the right direction because it melts at lower temperatures, but there is still a lot to gain. By directly cutting the wine bottle, we completely skip this part in our production process and ensure that we provide a more sustainable alternative to glass recycling and production of new glass.
